Scraping cured powder paint out of a hook eye is a waste of operational time. It damages the finish and dulls your hook point.

THE SOLUTION: THERMAL SHIELDS

Deploy these silicone defense units over the hook eye before the heat cycle. They create an impenetrable seal against powder paint.

TECHNICAL SPECS:

  • Heat Tolerance: Rated for industrial curing ovens (Up to 600°F).
  • Fitment: Precision engineered for 3/32" Hook Eyes (Standard Flipping/Casting Jigs).
  • Reusability: Fully reusable. Paint peels off the silicone surface.
  • Quantity: 50 Shields per unit.

OPERATIONAL PROTOCOL

  1. Install: Slide the Shield over the eyelet prior to heating.
  2. Execute: Dip, coat, and cure your jig as normal.
  3. Strip: Once cooled, remove the Shield. The eyelet remains 100% clean and ready for the knot.
