RETURNS & RESOLUTION PROTOCOL

Our operational standard is precision. This protocol is the official, non-negotiable framework for all returns, refunds, and exchanges.

PRICING & PROMOTION INTEGRITY

We do not offer retroactive price adjustments, refunds for missed promotions, or credit for sales that occur after your order is processed. Our pricing is live and real-time.

CORE ELIGIBILITY (10-DAYS)

Returns are accepted within 10 days for unopened, original-condition items only. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee applies to all discretionary returns.

  • 10-Day Limit: You must initiate a return request within 10 days of your order's delivery.
  • Condition: Assets must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
  • Restocking Fee: All approved "Standard Returns" are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover non-refundable operational and processing costs.

PATH 1: STANDARD RETURNS (BUYER'S REMORSE)

This protocol applies if you ordered the wrong item, changed your mind, or no longer need the asset.

  • This is a non-operational return. All return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
  • The 15% restocking fee will be applied to your refund.
  • No Direct Swaps: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change colors, you must return the original item under this protocol and place a new order for the desired asset.

PATH 2: OPERATIONAL FAILURE (OUR ERROR)

This protocol applies only if you receive a damaged asset or an incorrect item. You must contact us immediately at easykasting@gmail.com.

All claims of operational failure are subject to logical good faith steps.

  • For Damaged Assets: You must provide clear, photographic evidence of the damage.
  • For Incorrect Assets: You must provide photographic evidence of the incorrect item received. We reserve the right to deploy a "Correction Protocol" (see below) by issuing a pre-paid return label. The correct asset will be dispatched immediately.
  • "I threw it away" is not an acceptable response. A failure to pass these good faith steps by providing evidence will result in the immediate closure of the file.

THE CORRECTION PROTOCOL

This protocol is deployed exclusively when we have committed an error (sent the wrong item). We will issue a pre-paid return label to retrieve the incorrect asset, and the correct asset will be deployed to you at our expense.

REFUND PROCESSING

Refunds are issued only after a returned asset has been received, inspected, and approved. Once approved, the refund (less any applicable fees) will be processed to your original method of payment.
