Our Returns Policy

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery on unopened products only. Shipping charges are non-refundable and returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover credit card processing costs.

At Easy Kasting, we are committed to ensuring your utmost satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that there may be times when you need to return an item, and we aim to make this process as smooth and straightforward as possible. In line with this commitment, we're pleased to offer prepaid padded flat rate envelope labels with every order for your convenience. While we do not include the envelopes themselves, they are readily available at USPS locations.

How to Process Your Return

  • Step 1: Log In and Review Your Return Eligibility

    First, please log in to your Easy Kasting account using the unique login code sent to your email. Once logged in, navigate to your past orders and select the item(s) you wish to return. Please ensure your item(s) meet our return policy criteria outlined below before proceeding.

  • Step 2: Locate Your Prepaid Return Shipping Label

    We include prepaid return shipping labels with every purchase for your ease. To print your label:

  • Step 3: Package Your Items

    Securely package the item(s) you wish to return along with any complimentary items included in your order. Please use a USPS Padded Flat Rate Envelope, which can be obtained for free at any USPS location when presenting your prepaid label.

  • Step 4: Seal and Label Your Package

    Once all items are safely inside, seal the envelope. Attach the prepaid return shipping label to the outside, making sure it’s visible and covering any previous labels.

  • Step 5: Drop Off Your Package

    Visit your nearest USPS location and drop off the package. Ensure to receive a drop-off receipt from the USPS representative for your records.

  • Step 6: Await Return Confirmation

    We'll inspect your return as soon as we receive it. Based on the condition and eligibility of the returned items, we'll process your refund accordingly. We'll stay in touch and update you throughout the process.

Important Information:

  • Returns Inspection: Eligibility for refund is determined after inspecting the returned items. We appreciate your understanding.
  • Non-Receipt of Returns: In instances where items are not received, a refund cannot be issued, and you will be charged the full amount.
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

10-Day Return Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. As such, we offer a 10-day return policy. Should you wish to return an item, you have 10 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • The item must be in the original, unopened, unused condition, complete with tags and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Please note, returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Examination of Order on Arrival

Upon receiving your order, examine the items thoroughly. If you discover any defects, damage, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and ensure it is rectified promptly.

Exchanges

To exchange an item seamlessly, please return the original item. Once your return is acknowledged, you may place a new order for your desired product.

Note: If the item you received was incorrect or damaged in transit, the cost of the return shipping may be waived.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note, the processing time for the refund can vary by bank or credit card issuer.
