Don’t throw old fish-catchin’ lures away! Change the skirt and add rubber collars to keep it going, or build your lures from scratch.

• Quickly outfit your lures and spinnerbaits with new skirt designs.

• Use a skirt tool or Needle pliers to spread the collar and place two skirt tabs for a regular skirt. 3 - 4 tabs for an extra full skirt
