SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT PROTOCOL

We are a key supply chain for a national and global network. All orders are processed with precision and professionalism via our exclusive partner, USPS.

DOMESTIC (U.S.) OPERATIONS

The Dispatch Cadence: To ensure inventory precision and quality control, our facility operates on a strict semi-weekly dispatch schedule. Orders are processed and deployed on Tuesdays and Fridays.

  • Orders placed by Monday 5:00 PM will deploy Tuesday.
  • Orders placed by Thursday 5:00 PM will deploy Friday.
  • Orders received after the Friday window will enter the queue for the following Tuesday dispatch.

Transit Time: A refined flat-rate delivery fee of $12.00 USD is applied to all domestic U.S. orders. Once the asset is in possession of the carrier, standard transit is typically 3-4 business days (exclusive of weekends). You will receive continuous tracking updates from dispatch to delivery.

* Operational variables, high-volume production runs, or priority status may alter this schedule. We reserve the right to accelerate dispatch times based on facility capacity.

INTERNATIONAL NETWORK (CANADA, AUSTRALIA, ETC.)

We offer pre-calculated, direct shipping to Canada, Australia, and most other international destinations. All international pricing is set and calculated at checkout based on your specific location.

Should you have a specific operational question regarding an international shipment, you are welcome to contact us directly.

RESTOCK & BACKORDER PROTOCOL

For assets currently out of stock but confirmed in production: To ensure maximum reliability, our operational protocol is to provide shipping confirmation only once assets are physically received, pass quality control at our facility, and are ready for immediate dispatch. We do not rely on estimated factory timelines, which are subject to change. Customers awaiting specific restocks will receive direct notification the moment the asset is confirmed available.

DAMAGED ASSET PROTOCOL

Our operational standard is perfection. If any asset arrives damaged, you must enact the following protocol for a resolution:

  • 1. Contact us immediately.
  • 2. Provide clear, photographic evidence of the damage.

Once this is complete, we will provide a swift and professional resolution via replacement or a complete refund. This file will then be closed.
